We have 3 skylights and they let in a lot of heat in the summer. Using crown molding, (I was already in process of crown molding the entry and hallway) I trimmed them out Then, with 1" foam insulation panel we attached the mural to the panel. This product is great quality, glue is awesome and easy to remove if needed. It was difficult to lay out the pattern so that the solid blue did not dominate one, but it did. Oh well! In the winter months we can take down the panels. Happy with the purchase.The surface was rippled and not smooth, as we had hoped. Turned out to not be suitable for the application I had in mind. Had to return it.....Great looking mural i used for a backdrop for a hanging large model plane. Looks even better in person and great quality. Just what I was looking for and came quickly!This is a one piece decal, I attempted to install it on my ceiling with my husband, we mapped out a grid to help with placement. It was super hard to keep bubbles out, nearly impossible. I contacted the seller for installation instructions before we started, the idea is quite obvious but I was told..."You can place it according to time and space". ???? I can only assume the seller is overseas. The decal is now in my trash, we could not get it completely spaced without big bubbles that would not roll out $85 lesson learnedI am in the process of adding a sky wallpaper to the ceiling of my Phoenix AZ courtyard. The product from this seller is beautiful and realistic. I originally order two rolls to try it out. It was a matte finish but still look good on. Afterwards, it turned out I needed 4 more roles to completely cover the ceiling panels. These were glossy. Upon contact with the seller, they agreed to send two more glossy style to complete my project. I am in the process of completing the project and will add a picture once is done. The sellers went above and beyond on their customer service. Highly recommend them.
