I used these Dtocs rectangular bamboo plates for turkey sandwiches and dessert Thanksgiving evening. Dtocs seem to have the most consistent color pattern. I bought dinner plates from another company and the bamboo had deep ridges with dark streaks (the plate looked dirty). Dtocs bamboo is a beautiful soft wheat color, smooth and NOT chunky.
